About Gina

Gina's multifaceted career and deep-rooted connection to the Amarillo community position her uniquely to serve our clients with unparalleled dedication and expertise.

After an impressive 9-year tenure at Barnes Jewelry, where her role as a Sales Consultant and Marketing Director was marked by significant achievements, including being named employee of the year in 2017, Gina made the significant decision to bring her vast experience and talents to DeBault Title. We are truly honored by her choice and excited for the fresh perspectives she brings to our team.

Gina’s professional journey is characterized by a diverse array of roles, each contributing to her broad skill set and deep understanding of customer service, sales, and community engagement. Starting from a young age at her father's store, George’s Shoes, to impactful positions across renowned companies like Dillard’s and Saks 5th Avenue Gina has demonstrated a relentless commitment to excellence and a knack for building strong relationships.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Gina, along with her husband Cody Blair, has made significant contributions to the local culinary scene as the proud owners of Fireslice Pizzeria in Amarillo. Their passion for the community and excellence has turned the pizzeria into a local favorite, further establishing Gina's deep ties to Amarillo.

Gina's heart for community service is profoundly evident in her extensive past involvement with local charities and organizations, demonstrating a dedicated commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of others. Her past roles include serving as the Make-A-Wish Burgers- Boots and Brews Committee Chair, participating in the Lone Star Ballet Guild, and contributing to No Boundaries International & Life Impact International. Additionally, her efforts with the Amarillo Area Adult Literacy Council, Laundry Love of Amarillo, volunteering at the Ryan Palmer Foundation golf tournament, and the Val Kiper Golf Tournament underscore her unwavering dedication to community service. Recently, Gina has supported the Junior League of Amarillo and Brayden's Gift as a committee member, a further testament to her generous spirit and leadership in community engagement.

Gina, who cherishes her close-knit family including her parents George and her late mother, Mary Ellen Maalouf, her three sisters, Melinda, Jolene, and Julie, her brother and sisters-in-law, and her beloved nieces and nephew, finds joy in painting, photography, cooking, and baking. Her adventurous spirit is seen in her love for traveling, learning to golf, and enjoying wine tastings, alongside spending precious moments with her miniature Pinscher/Chihuahuas, Ruby and Rex.
