With 34 years of experience as an escrow officer, She’s worked at some of the most well-known and reputable title companies in town, and the fact that she’s chosen to bring her talents to DeBault Title is a true honor for our team. We know just how lucky we are to have her!

Trisha graduated from Caprock High School and got her start in the title world shortly after, taking a part-time job that quickly turned into a passion and a career. From working in the title plant to various roles in escrow—including as an assistant—Trisha steadily worked her way up to become a full-time escrow officer in 1991. She’s been leading closings, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences at the closing table ever since.

Joining her on this exciting new chapter are her two phenomenal assistants, Chelsea Henderson and Amy Sanchez. These two are rockstars in their own right—professional, knowledgeable, and so well-loved by clients and colleagues alike. Their seamless teamwork and dedication to service are a perfect match for the culture we’re building at DeBault Title, and we are so excited to welcome all three of them to the family.

Outside of the office, Trisha might say she lives a “boring” life—but we’d say it sounds pretty amazing! She loves spending time with her kids and grandkids, traveling, and yes—making the occasional trip to a casino (where she insists she never wins, but always has fun 😄). She also has a thing for purses, binge-watching her favorite shows, and just enjoying the simple joys of life. Her down-to-earth personality and magnetic energy are part of what make her so beloved.
