Rachel began her career in the title industry in April 2019 as a receptionist, where she quickly developed a strong foundation in customer service and front-end operations. In January 2020, she continued her journey in the industry as a receptionist at another office, deepening her knowledge and connections. By January 2021, she stepped into the role of escrow assistant, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of transactions—especially commercial and farm & ranch closings. Through every position she’s held, Rachel has built a strong understanding of the title process from the ground up.

We’re thrilled to provide Rachel the opportunity to step into her first Escrow Officer role here at DeBault Title—an exciting next chapter we know she will excel at! We believe in nurturing talent and recognizing potential, and Rachel embodies exactly the kind of heart and professionalism we look for in an escrow officer.

One of Rachel’s most valuable strengths is that she is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, fluent in both reading and writing. Her ability to clearly communicate and guide clients in their preferred language allows us to better serve our Spanish-speaking community and ensures that every client feels seen, understood, and cared for.

Outside of the office, Rachel is a proud wife of 15 years to her husband Jonathan and a dedicated mom to two awesome kids—Alexys (15) and Jonathan (11). She loves shopping (for shoes, clothes, and home décor), traveling with her family, and hosting cookouts and game nights that fill her home with laughter and love. She even has a creative side—once doing makeup for weddings, proms, and Quinceañeras to help women feel beautiful and confident.

Rachel brings not just knowledge and experience to the table, but also heart, hospitality, and a deep commitment to making closings a positive and memorable experience. We’re so excited to have her on board and can’t wait for our clients to get to know her.
